Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology applications
- Proven track record of scaling global initiatives with $100M+ budgets
