Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Vision for 2026, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and workforce management.
- AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models and autonomous agents to streamline internal workflows and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Future-Proofing: Audit current tech stacks against 2026 industry standards, recommending upgrades to ensure scalability and security.
- Talent Strategy: Partner with HR to design a workforce model that leverages human-AI collaboration, upskilling teams for the future economy.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technological visions to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for transformative projects.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and test emerging technologies (VR/AR, Quantum computing basics) to determine feasibility for future product lines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years specifically in AI or Automation strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning fundamentals, and cloud computing architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business value.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid technological change.
