Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI ethics (2020-2023)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in federated learning, zero-knowledge proofs, and post-quantum cryptography
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable tech development
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial adoption
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
