Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AGI, and carbon-negative innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and sustainability experts
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Drive prototyping of next-gen systems with <10ms latency and 99.999% uptime
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- File 3+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in future-tech strategy
- Published research in quantum computing or AGI systems
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to >$100M revenue
- Experience with ISO 26000 and B-Corp sustainability frameworks
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor advancements and neuromorphic engineering
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Security clearance for federal research partnerships preferred
