As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to map technological trajectories and create actionable roadmaps. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight, requiring both analytical rigor and creative vision.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development pipelines
- Produce thought leadership whitepapers and public speaking engagements
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Drive scenario planning for disruptive technology risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
