What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
• Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits
• Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering teams
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-tech disruptions
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout disruptive startups
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Advocate for responsible innovation in policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Experience with quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Global speaking experience at Davos or similar forums
