Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future Tech Horizon' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design governance frameworks for ethical implementation of advanced technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile experimentation methodologies
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record predicting tech trends (demonstrated via published research)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
