Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Architect scalable frameworks for real-time AI-human collaboration systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AGI frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping innovative products with measurable impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and compute paradigm shifts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
