Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for 2026 ecosystem integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with government agencies on ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Present future technology forecasts at global forums (Web Summit, CES, Davos)
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech incubation programs
- Secure $50M+ in government and private innovation grants
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent tech pioneer
- Published research in top-tier journals with >500 citations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized networks
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to 10M+ user bases
- Security clearance eligibility (preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
