Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech innovation projects
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG tech frameworks
