- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year adoption potential
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and competitive analysis
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major conferences
