Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future technology investments with business objectives
- Present strategic technology forecasts to global stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for next-gen technology development
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the future of technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and market disruption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Strong network of connections within tech research and venture capital communities
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
