Responsibilities

- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and investors quarterly
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup acquisition opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
