Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in post-2025 markets
- Produce whitepapers on ethical implications of autonomous systems and digital twins
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging tech startups
- Design human-centered protocols for brain-computer interface adoption
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and future-tech symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and generative AI frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies from Association of Professional Futurists
- Proven experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions with measurable impact
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
