Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and disruptive business models
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing global R&D teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
