Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainable tech integration in all product development cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
