Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) to build 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to conceptualize next-generation products and services
- Develop prototype frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Publish white papers on future ethical dilemmas and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior innovators in futures-thinking methodologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic concepts to MVP stage
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
