Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework identifying disruptive innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare for future market disruptions and regulatory changes
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews, trend analysis, and global innovation tours
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Oversee the Innovation Incubator program, mentoring teams on prototyping future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into scalable business solutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
