Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise and consumer sectors
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and spatial computing
- Develop predictive models for technology convergence and societal impact
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI governance and autonomous systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement future-ready digital transformations
- Present technology forecasts at global innovation forums and policy summits
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record developing breakthrough technologies (patents required)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and spatial UX design
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- Ability to secure $10M+ R&D budgets and lead international research consortia
