Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate forward-looking capabilities into current offerings
- Present strategic blueprints to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of 2026 technology paradigms
- Oversee incubation labs for experimental technologies with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech focus
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio published in tech journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data visualization platforms
