Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, Web3 protocols)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
