Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and startup scouting
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital networks
- Build and lead a global innovation lab with 15+ researchers
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future-proof technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum products at scale
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and ethical frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
