Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap implementation

- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present future technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging tech adoption methodologies
- Secure and manage R&D budgets for experimental technology projects
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or Futurism (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record shipping 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Patents in emerging tech fields (minimum 5 granted)
