- Forecast market disruptions and competitive threats in emerging tech sectors
- Shape corporate innovation strategy through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through grant writing and investor pitches
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Security clearance for government collaboration projects
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
