Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, nanotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynote presentations
- Prior experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives

- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
