Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with $2M annual R&D budget
- Author white papers and policy briefs for IEEE, WEF, and national tech councils
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Secure $5M+ in government grants for future technology initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 'Future Tech' accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Track record of securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 2025+ technology patents or open-source contributions
