Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions with real-world applications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to co-create breakthrough innovations
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) that positions our company as a future-tech authority
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption and market evolution
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments, R&D priorities, and innovation portfolio management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products or services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (VCs, research institutions, Fortune 500 innovation labs)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML Specialty, Google Quantum AI) preferred
