Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) through market research, patent analysis, and academic partnerships
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption across enterprise sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and startup ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
- Manage technology forecasting methodologies and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology futures initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences
