Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption curves (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI development
