- Mentor innovation teams in speculative technology prototyping and ethical implementation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization beyond 2020
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for speculative technology initiatives
