Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ landscape
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Author white papers on emerging tech disruption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Curate exclusive industry symposia with global thought leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D or corporate innovation
- Published author on technology forecasting or disruption theory
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Fluency in future-casting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of 2026-focused technology patents or frameworks
