Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in sustainable tech
- Conduct market analysis for emerging technologies with 5-year impact projections
- Collaborate with ethics boards to establish responsible AI frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for pilot programs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven experience with quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent certification
- Deep understanding of ESG principles in tech development
