Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in distributed systems and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
