Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 market demands
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future-facing applications
- Secure intellectual property through strategic patent filings and trade secret protection
- Present technological roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging tech methodologies
- Analyze industry trends to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching award-winning tech products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong patents portfolio or published research in IEEE/ACM journals
- Experience with agile development in futuristic tech domains
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, AWS ML Specialist)
