Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused tech roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal training programs
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing R&D teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
