Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026 technology initiatives
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Architect proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen digital platforms
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Quantum Leap Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market readiness
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations
