- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market trends
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investor boards
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech ethics frameworks and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Strong background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding or partnerships
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field or strategic innovation
- Published thought leadership in future technology publications
