- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Drive patent development for 15+ emerging technologies annually
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES 2026)
- Mentor talent in emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT research labs on quantum-AI hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching 5+ commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in federated learning, quantum algorithms, and neurotech
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants
