- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proof organizational design
- Author white papers on disruptive tech convergence scenarios
- Design resilience frameworks for AI-augmented workforce transitions
- Advolve C-suite on regulatory and ethical implications of 2026 tech
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech consulting or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
