Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes for disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of tech
- Maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of tech adoption curves and market dynamics
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in futures thinking or technology forecasting preferred
