Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
