Qualifications

- 5+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or similar
- Published research in quantum/AI (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record of securing research funding
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies
