As a key member of our R&D division, you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven ecosystems, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech frameworks. You'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype solutions for climate resilience, autonomous systems, and immersive digital experiences – all while maintaining ethical innovation standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to map 2026 innovation horizons
- Design and lead strategic pilots for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-computing)
- Develop scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech into commercial solutions
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Build and mentor an innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Secure IP patents for proprietary future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling global R&D initiatives across 3+ continents
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US Innovation Act, and global tech governance
