Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, and climate-responsive systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction models
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present disruptive innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in R&D
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at hyperscale (GPT-4+, quantum algorithms)
- Deep expertise in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech applications
- Experience with carbon-negative tech implementation (carbon capture + AI)
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting >1M users
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell preferred)
