Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product development cycles
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists and thought leaders
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends 3-5 years ahead
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, etc.)
