Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends for 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead high-stakes innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with global research institutions and startups
- Document and evangelize innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published author in tech foresight or innovation strategy
