- Develop blockchain-based digital identity ecosystems

Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in at least one of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record leading $50M+ tech transformation projects
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Deep understanding of NIST quantum cryptography standards
- Experience with federated learning frameworks
- Certification in quantum-safe architecture (e.g., Qiskit Certified)
