Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their disruptive potential across industries
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
