Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 initiative, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architectural Innovation: Design high-level system architecture for next-generation AI and Quantum-ready platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major projects.
- Process Optimization: Implement DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformations and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
