Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product launch, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior engineers and data scientists to drive high-velocity innovation.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to identify viable use cases.
- Collaborate with product management to translate abstract concepts into tangible, high-quality engineering solutions.
- Establish best practices for scalable architecture and ensure system reliability across distributed networks.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
